3 We're looking for a senior web developer who can take charge of our websites, su ch as [adblockplus.org](https://adblockplus.org) and [acceptableads.org](https:/ /acceptableads.org).

5 You would work with our developers and user experience designers to make our web sites easier to use, easier to change and more efficient. You would work with ou r growth hackers and PR to build websites that promote Adblock Plus in creative, non-intrusive ways.

7 And if you feel like it, you can work on any of our other projects, or upstream on related open source projects.

11 - Strong experience with modern HTML and CSS

12 - Experience with Python

13 - Experience with JavaScript, beyond frameworks like jQuery

14 - Experience with building and maintaining high traffic websites

15 - Experience with search engine optimization

16 - Solid understanding of how the web works

17 - Excellent communication skills in English

18 - Ability to work and learn independently
